Returns

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on purchases made at hermanmartin.co.


We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. It is necessary to send photos and a video describing the situation for which the return is required:

- Photographs of the inner and outer packaging (The label must be attached and legible).
- Photograph of the damage to the contents.
- Description of the contents (specify what it is, number of pieces, colour, brand, logo, etc.).

To complete your return, we need proof of your purchase. Please email all of the necessary information to: hello@hermanmartin.co. Our policy has a duration of 7 days.


If we require you to return your product, you must send it by mail or parcel to the address: Herman Martin, Calle Lirios 1009, 5 de diciembre, Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico 48304. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are not refundable. Depending on your address, the time it takes for your exchanged product to arrive may vary, so we recommend that you consider using a trackable shipping service.We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
